Introducing Our Commercial Division
Advanced Architectural is expanding its commitment to quality construction with our new Commercial Division. Building on our experience in residential construction, renovation, design-build, and project management, AAGC now brings the same client-focused, quality-driven approach to commercial projects.

From renovations and tenant improvements to new commercial spaces and larger-scale construction projects, our team works closely with property owners, business owners, architects, and project partners to deliver projects that are thoughtfully planned, professionally managed, and built to last. We understand that commercial construction is about more than the building itself. It is about protecting your investment, minimizing disruptions, managing the details, and keeping your project moving forward. Our dedicated management team coordinates the people, materials, schedules, and decisions needed to keep your project on track while maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
At AAGC, we believe successful projects start with a strong relationship between the contractor and the client. We communicate openly, address challenges proactively, and keep our clients informed from planning through completion. We don't make excuses. We communicate. We show up. We deliver. Whether you're updating an existing commercial property, preparing a space for a new business, or planning a larger construction project, AAGC's Commercial Division is ready to help bring your vision to life.
Friends of Rich Hill
Advanced Architectural General Contracting, LLC, collaborated with Friends of Rich Hill to recreate a structural example of an enslaved household, often referred to as a ‘ghost structure.’ A ghost structure is a method used to trace and represent the original structural features of a historic building, typically serving as a visual or conceptual reconstruction of the original. This project reflects a shared commitment to thoughtful preservation, high-quality craftsmanship, and community stewardship.
